How do I know what size to order?

To ensure you choose the right size, we provide specific sizing recommendations for each item based on its ideal fit. You can rely on this information when making your selection. Additionally, we have included an EU-based size chart to further assist you in finding the perfect fit. How do I care for my Sandcat outfit?

For optimal care of your Sandcat outfit, we highly recommend dry cleaning. Dry cleaning ensures that delicate fabrics and intricate details are handled with the utmost care and precision, maintaining the quality and longevity of the garment. However, if you prefer to wash it yourself, we suggest washing the outfit inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Using a laundry bag will provide extra protection.

Can I order a custom design?

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate custom designs.

How do I return or exchange an item?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. In general, shipping to Baltics & Finland takes between 1-3 days. Shipping to other European countries takes between 3-8 days. Shipping to North America & Australia takes between 3-8 days. However, shipping times depend on many factors and the times here are indicative. Please refer to our shipping information page for more details.

Is it possible to rent an outfit from you?

We do not rent out outfits. Everything in the store is for sale only.
