WHAT POSTAL COMPANY SHIPS MY ORDERS WHEN I CHOOSE STANDARD DELIVERY?

When you choose standard delivery as your preferred shipping method, the parcel is handled by your local national post. For instance, in the UK the local post is Royal Mail and in Switzerland it is Swiss Post To find out who handles your parcel in your country, please see the list here.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX?

Our products are shipped from Estonia, and as such, no import taxes apply within the European Union. For customers outside the EU, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges may be incurred, for which you are solely responsible. These charges are determined by your country's customs policies. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders that are confirmed before 15:00 PM (CET) Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays, are shipped on the same day. Orders that are placed after 15:00 PM (CET) are shipped the next day. When an order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on weekend or holidays.
